Big Bang Fury Fireworks is a locally owned fireworks retailer based out of Indianola, Iowa. We have been selling fireworks since they were first allowed in Iowa in 2017. Even though we enjoy fireworks, we have found we really LOVE spending time with the people who come to our tent. It is the highlight of our year. We enjoy helping people with all sizes of budgets to put on the best show they can. We have just as much fun talking to the newcomer that has never shot fireworks as we do to our loyal customers that return every year.

Everything about our business revolves around family. Our tent is mostly run by 3 generations of the Ide family. When we say we are locally owned, we mean we live here, work here and have raised our kids here. Family is what drives this business. Not just our family, but our customers' families too, many of whom we have seen every year for several years. Our goal isn't to sell the most or the loudest or the most expensive items. We want to be the place people think of when they want to shop with their significant others or their whole family. We want everyone to feel welcome and feel they were well taken care of when they shopped with us. We choose products for their uniqueness. We look for items that are safer for the younger customers such as our cool touch sparklers. Along with the traditional louder items for the 'thump junkies', we also bring in fireworks that are beautiful but quieter for those that struggle with loud noises. We look for the brighter colors that everyone loves to see. And we do our best to teach about safety and being respectful to those around you when you are shooting.
